The responsibilities of this committee include developing and proposing separate annual budgets for each Opioid Fund; monitoring, making recommendations, and periodically reporting to the POSDC on the income and expenses of the Opioid Funds, including compliance with any statutory or contractual cap on administrative expenses; and preparing an annual report for the POSDC.
